Close Onemoney Account

Onemoney is an RBI-licensed AA. We share encrypted financial data after taking consent from the customer to share data with the FIU (Financial Information User).

Consents requested by FIUs to access your bank statements are displayed on the dashboard. Consent is purpose-limited and driven by you, allowing you to control how you wish to share the data. Please note that your financial data is end-to-end encrypted, and Onemoney is blind to your data.

Below are the Instructions to Close your Onemoney Account

Step 1: Login to your Onemoney Account

Enter your Onemoney Registered Mobile Number and Request an OTP

Enter the OTP received to your Mobile Number and Login

Step 2: Close your Account

Once you log in to your Onemoney Account, Click on the Profile
From the options, click on "Close Onemoney Account"

If you close your Account, All your active consents will get revoked.
All your linked accounts will get delinked.

Please click on Confirm if you wish to proceed.

Select the Reason to close your Onemoney account and click on "Close"

Enter the OTP and click "Confirm" to close your Onemoney Account.
