Reject a Consent on Onemoney

Modified on Wed, 16 Apr at 11:32 AM

Onemoney, an RBI-licensed Account Aggregator (AA), ensures that your financial data is only shared with your explicit consent. You have full control over your consent and can reject any request from a Financial Information User (FIU) if you do not wish to share your data.

By following these steps, you can:

✅ Log in to your Onemoney account securely.

✅ Review pending consent requests from FIUs.

✅ Reject a consent request if you do not wish to grant access.

Consents requested by FIUs to access your bank statements are displayed on the dashboard. Consent is purpose-limited and driven by you, allowing you to control how you wish to share the data. Please note that your financial data is end-to-end encrypted, and Onemoney is blind to your data.

Below are the Instructions to Reject a Consent

Step 1: Login to your Onemoney Account

  • Enter your registered mobile number and request an OTP.

  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click Login.

Step 2: Navigate to the Consents Page

  • Once logged in, click on Consents in the menu.
  • Under Active Consents, you will see all pending consent requests from FIUs.

Step 3: Review and Reject the Consent

  • Click on the Active Consent Request to view its details.

  • Review the requesting FIU, purpose, and duration of access before taking action.

  • If you decide to reject the request, click on the Reject option.

  • Confirm your decision by clicking Confirm.
